In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "okabet," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the okabet online gaming platform accessible at okabet.vip and all associated sub-pages and services.
• "Player," "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with okabet and uses the Platform for gaming, wagering, or any other purpose.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player to access okabet's services, including wallet functions, game access, and promotions.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time and published at okabet.vip/terms-conditions.
• "Real Money Play" means any wager, game session, or bet placed using funds in the Player's Account that has been deposited using a supported real-currency payment method.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, matched deposit bonus, free bet, or free spin credit awarded to a Player's Account by okabet under a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required to be completed before a Player may withdraw funds from their Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable cash balance.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority responsible for licensing and regulating online gaming activities in the Philippines.

2.1  By creating an Account on okabet, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, the okabet Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

2.2  These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and okabet. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2.3  okabet reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon publication at okabet.vip/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3.1  Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and participate in any real-money gaming activity on okabet. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is strictly enforced through KYC identity verification. okabet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement has not been satisfied.

3.2  Jurisdiction. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that online gambling is legal in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling under the laws applicable to you. okabet does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

3.3  Single Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on okabet. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. okabet employs technical and manual checks to identify duplicate registrations.

3.4  Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid Philippine mobile number. You further agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. okabet shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the Player.

3.5  Non-Transferability. An okabet Account is personal to the registered holder and may not be transferred to, used by, or shared with any other person, including family members.

4.1  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share these credentials with any third party.

4.2  You agree to notify okabet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. okabet shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized use of your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.3  All activities conducted through your Account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you. okabet is entitled to assume that all instructions received through your Account have been authorized by the registered Account holder.

4.4  You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not in connection with any professional scheme, arbitrage strategy, systematic exploitation of promotional offers, or any form of money laundering.

5.1  okabet is required under PAGCOR's online gaming guidelines to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. You must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, UMID, or Philippine passport) along with a clear selfie photograph.

5.2  KYC documents must be current, legible, unaltered, and issued in the name of the registered Account holder. okabet may reject documents that do not meet these requirements and may request additional supporting documentation at its discretion.

5.3  Until KYC verification is completed and approved, okabet may restrict your Account from processing withdrawals. Deposits and game play may be permitted during the verification period at okabet's discretion.

5.4  okabet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account at any time, including requesting source-of-funds documentation where required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

6.1  Supported Payment Methods. okabet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter. okabet reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

6.2  Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.

6.3  Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash, Maya, and GrabPay are credited to your okabet wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment gateway. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the issuing institution. okabet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6.4  Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to GCash or Maya are processed by okabet within 30 minutes of submission, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to Account verification status and the absence of any pending review or restriction flag. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.

6.5  Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts held in the name of the verified okabet Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. okabet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal.

6.6  Currency. All Account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on okabet are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at time of transaction.

6.7  Fees. okabet does not charge a transaction fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, certain payment service providers may apply their own charges, for which okabet bears no responsibility.

7.1  okabet may offer promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, cashback, and other incentive offers to registered Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotional page and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.2  Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game categories are specified in the individual promotion terms.

7.3  okabet reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has:

• Opened multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once;
• Provided false or misleading information in connection with a bonus claim;
• Engaged in bonus abuse, including staking patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements;
• Violated any other provision of these Terms in connection with the promotion.

7.4  Promotional offers are intended for personal entertainment and are not transferable. Bonuses may not be combined unless a promotion explicitly states that it is stackable with other offers.

7.5  okabet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time and without prior notice.

8.1  All casino games available on okabet — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and crash games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed studio environments. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action, staking pattern, or Account status.

8.2  The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and table game represents the theoretical long-term statistical return and is determined by the game software provider's independently audited configuration. Actual returns in any individual session may vary significantly from the published RTP.

8.3  In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects a game session, the resulting game outcome will be voided. okabet will refund the wager amount to the Player's Account and reserves the right to recalculate and cancel any games affected by the malfunction. okabet shall not be liable for any winnings generated during a technical fault.

8.4  okabet reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds or in error, including due to human error, system malfunction, or data feed issues. Players will be notified and the original wager amount returned where a bet is voided under this clause.

9.1  The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okabet Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Registering or using the Platform under a false identity, using another person's identity, or using fraudulent payment methods;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players in live table games or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes;
• Exploiting any software vulnerability, error, or loophole in the Platform's game engine or payment systems;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the okabet Platform;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent deposit reversals;
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.

10.1  All content on the okabet Platform — including but not limited to the okabet brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of okabet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

10.3  All game content displayed on okabet is owned by the respective game software providers and licensed to okabet for distribution to end users. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation of game content is prohibited.

11.1  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

11.2  okabet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. okabet is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, technical failures, or external attacks on Platform infrastructure.

11.3  okabet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

11.4  Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits okabet's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12.1  okabet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity, including voluntary deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the Account Settings page.

12.2  Self-Exclusion. Players may request self-exclusion at any time. Upon activation, the Player's Account will be locked and the Player will be prevented from registering a new Account for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period.

12.3  21+ Enforcement. okabet enforces the 21+ age restriction through mandatory KYC identity verification. Any Account where the holder is found to be under 21 years of age will be closed, all funds returned to the deposit source (if verifiable), and all winnings forfeited.

13.1  okabet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities;
• The Account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
• The Account holder has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute through a third-party financial institution;
• Continued operation of the Account would expose okabet to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

13.2  Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, okabet will notify the Account holder by email and conduct a review within a reasonable timeframe. Funds held in suspended Accounts may be placed in escrow during the review period.

13.3  Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting okabet support. Verified withdrawable balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period following Account closure, subject to any outstanding bonus wagering obligations or pending investigations.

14.1  okabet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at okabet.vip/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14.2  okabet complies with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) with respect to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data. 15.1  These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the okabet Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

15.2  In the event of a dispute between a Player and okabet, the parties agree to first seek resolution through okabet's internal complaints process by contacting Player Support. okabet commits to acknowledging disputes within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 7 business days.

15.3  If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, either party may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or seek resolution through the courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

16.1  okabet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication of the revised Terms at okabet.vip/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

16.2  Where changes are material, okabet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via in-platform notification or email to the registered Account address. However, it remains your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

16.3  Your continued use of the okabet Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure.
